Digital Products – No Physical Shipment

All of our products are digital downloads (PDF eBooks). No physical items will be shipped. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link for the purchased book.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once your order has been completed and the download link provided, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Our digital downloads are priced significantly lower than printed editions, and we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase.

Download Issues

If you experience any problems accessing your download, please contact us immediately at info@posturapress.com. We are happy to assist with any technical issues related to your purchase.

Exceptions

As per global e-commerce and consumer regulations, digital goods are excluded from return or refund policies because they cannot be “returned” once delivered. This includes all eBooks, PDFs, or digital files purchased through our store.

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, digital content that is delivered immediately (such as eBooks) and accessed by the customer is not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once the download has begun. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to cancel once the download starts.
